In his younger days, Dr. Rawal played sports and was an active participant on the National Hockey Team in the UK. This gave him a great opportunity to widen his horizon. He loves cooking and entertaining family and friends with his wife Gauri, who supports him in managing the office. He has two sons Amit Rawal M.D. and Sundeep Rawal D.M.D. Dr Sundeep Rawal joined his practice in July.

Dr. Sundeep Rawal

Dr. Sundeep Rawal received his dental degree from the University of Florida in 2006. He then moved to San Francisco to complete his residency in Prosthodontics at the University of California San Francisco. He enjoys working with dental specialists and technicians to create state-of-the-art workmanship for the comfort of our patients.

Dr. Rawal grew up on Merritt Island and is excited to serve the Brevard County community. Sundeep enrichs our office with state-of-the-art cosmetic and implant dental care.

Dr. Rawal's professional affiliations include the American College of Prosthodontics, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantology, Florida Dental Association, and Brevard County Dental Society.

He is married to Nina who is currently attending law school at the University of California Davis. They both enjoy an outdoor life and spending quality time with family and friends.

He is affiliated with the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the Florida Dental Association & Brevard County Dental Society.

Heather | Hygienist

Heather is a registered dental hygienist with hands-on hygiene experience who has been part of our practice since March of 2005. She graduated from the Brevard Community College dental program with honors. At school, she actively participated in the decision-making bodies of the institution and the state by serving as president of the student body, as well as her class. She has continued to be active in associations and is a past president of the Brevard County Dental Hygiene Association and past vice president of the Florida Dental Hygiene Association.

Heather enjoys building relationships with patients while helping them preserve their oral hygiene through comprehensive solutions offered in an ongoing, timely fashion. She likes to educate our patients on how to maintain their smiles at home to support their oral health investment. She values the interaction with patients, while networking with the community. Heather is thrilled to be part of the winning team at Dr. Rawal's office, since they share the same enthusiasm in serving patients.

Marsha | Concierge

Marsha started working with Dr. Rawal in October of 1997. She began as a Dental Assistant but transferred to the Concierge position within three years. The main focus of her job is to serve patients through direct interaction and scheduling. She has built a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures and Dr. Rawal's standards so that she can effectively schedule patients.

With the other staff members, Marsha strives to make sure there is minimum waiting time for patients and helps them feel comfortable and enjoy their dental care experience. It gives her great satisfaction to see a smile on a patient's face, and she's built a wealth of lasting relationships.

Marsha lives in Canaveral Groves in Merritt Island. She has three children: James, Kristy, and Samantha. Both her son, James, and daughter, Kristy, are married. Samantha is studying occupational therapy and planning her forthcoming wedding. Marsha has six beautiful grandchildren she enjoys spoiling. Plus, she loves painting clay pottery and ceramics and has an unfailing passion for NASCAR racing.

Barbara | Office Finance Coordinator

Barbara has over 35 years of hands-on experience in the dental industry. After serving as a Certified Dental Assistant in Ohio for 9 years, she moved to Merritt Island in 1981 and joined our team in 1983.

Over the years, Barbara has learned a lot about dental procedures and patient relationships. She especially values the "priceless" relationships she's developed with patients over 25 years. She completely understands and supports Dr. Rawal's sense of perfection and enthusiasm in serving patients with optimum solutions that suit their specifics need at a given point of time.

Barbara lives with her husband, Paul, and son, Matthew. Her younger son Ryan attends the University of California Berkeley and is studying electrical engineering and computer science. Barbara is an active member of Divine Mercy Church and enjoys watching football and basketball with her family. She loves to cook simple and wholesome meals and also enjoys gardening.

Cathy | Dental Assistant

After interning with Dr. Rawal for six weeks through the Brevard Community College Dental Program, Cathy joined our staff eleven years ago on a full-time basis. She loves to work as a part of our team, providing excellent patient care.

During her years with Dr. Rawal, Cathy has grown as a caregiver and delivers service with great understanding and empathy for patients. She enjoys assisting Dr. Rawal in extensive reconstructive cases and creating beautiful smiles. It is a joy for her to see the end results following treatment. Cathy is always available to patients who need information about their treatment options. She soothes apprehensive patients so that they can make the right choices for their oral healthcare.

Cathy moved to Florida from Kentucky in 1985. She lives in Port Saint John with her husband, Tommy, and two sons, Boo (Thomas) and Brandon. She loves home improvement and decorating, as well as gardening. Cathy enjoys keeping fit and exercising regularly because it gives her the energy she needs to keep up with her busy life.

Sherry

After graduating from Brevard Community College dental program with honors, Sherry joined our team on a full-time basis. What she loves most about her job is the reward of seeing happy patients after they've achieved the smiles they've always wanted.

Sherry was born and raised in Florida - thus, she is a true Floridian. She lives in Suntree with her husband, Jason, and her handsome four-year-old son, Romelo. Sherry enjoys being a basketball and soccer mom. She loves to go shopping with her mom and husband and likes to cook and bake with her son. She also does scrapbooking with friends. She enjoys children and is looking forward to expanding her family. Sherry plans to complete her education and eventually obtain her BA in psychology.
